Residents can relax in a studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or semi-private units. All of our units feature private baths, ample common space, and emergency alert systems. Utility packages are included in the monthly rate. Apartment and housekeeping services are performed regularly, so residents never have to bother with maintenance. Care Types Offered Atria Longmont is an assisted living residence , which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
