It took so much effort to convince my mom that this was the right move for her, now she is afraid of going into any Assisted Living Facility. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. Ill explain: we went through the entire admission process. Paperwork, medical records, multiple nurse visits, multiple facility visits. We paid them for the first month & on the day my mom was supposed to move in, they called us & stated that she had been rejected bc of a medical issue. Which they already were aware from the begin…

Nurses & aides were great. Very engaged w residents. Friendly & helpful to me, patient w my visiting mother. Dad was in memory care there for 5 months before he died in July. Activity woman was friendly & encouraged participation, settled down agitation. Food was ok - I tasted some. But willing to bring him something else. Kept room clean.
