★★★★★
PositiveMy mother enjoys the food. They have a nice variety and the chef does take input from the residents as to their likes and dislikes. The building is always clean and cared for. Should a problem arise it is immediately taken care of. The activities are fun! It does seem that many of the residents do enjoy participating. All the associates in the building are so nice and genuinely enjoy interacting with the residents.
★★★★★
PositiveFriendly staff. The director was organized, enthusiastic, and knew a lot about his community. Best of all, he took the time to inquire into what I was looking for and made sure I knew what was available.
★★★★★
PositiveI would say the only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars would be because after only 5 months there they raised the prices by 10.6%. However after my father in law talked with them they agreed to a 6% raise. That's better but I think holding off on raising the price for at least a year would be ideal. Everything else is good.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was very nice, however the decor was too dark for my liking and could use a little updating. The activities seemed to be in line with other like facilities. All the residents and employees were very friendly.
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] Sales rep was warm, informative and knowledgeable. Atria or st Joseph has a good reputation.
★★★★★
PositiveI'm so happy that my mother moved to Atria Park. It's nice to see her smile again. I know that she is comfortable and that she feels safe. It's great to see all of the employees and residents happy and engaged. The food is wonderful! There are a variety of fun activities. The building is beautiful and cared for.
