They are very hard-working and polite. They need to offer more options on the menu and better quality food.

We really enjoyed our tour - standouts are: director who gave us the tour and made Mom super comfortable with his POV; the friendly and responsive residents, already welcoming Mom's presence; the cool dining area; all the little extras, like a 24 hour bistro, garden area with a phenomenal large tree, computer/printer in a community room, separate dining room for family visits, cozy fireplace area in lobby, etc. We were there in the evening so missed the views. A good place for your loved one

My friend [name removed] is very happy there and is getting good care. I have had to remind them to put compression socks on [name removed] and to help her brush her teeth. There have been a couple other things dealing with her laundry that I've had to ask about and stay on top of. They have always responded kindly and made improvements when I have asked.

This facility and its leadership value compassion, empathy and deep concern for all their residents. They are organized and knowledgeable about interactions with hospice and hospital care. They provide a safe and loving environment for all residents.

Ask questions, consider that they raise the rates annually anywhere from 6 to 10%. We had a positive experience with Atria overall. We would recommend this community providing you can afford the rate increases and extra charged for additional help if needed.
