Over the top helpful. I was in Atlanta so I could not be there for our tour. So they went and did a virtual tour and showed me the entire location and all the people in it. Can't beat that. That's first class. They were amazingly helpful.

The communal living room and patio area are visible from the entryway. Very welcoming. Great use of space. CriticalGood activity options, friendly staff and residents, nice food choices and availability, free transportation, but the rooms were horrible. Too small, too dated, no patios, no balconies. I treasure my private space and the rooms were just a few steps up from cells. Also, I dislike invasive State regulations such as no cooking, and random room checks.

What an honor it is to be part of the Atria Summit Ridge Community! My 98-year-old mom has been a resident in her beautiful apartment for 8 months. Because I'm a frequent visitor, I've seen and experienced the loving, caring and efficiency of the staff; as well as the beautiful, welcoming and warmth of Atria itself the moment you walk in the door. Every staff member makes us feel like we're part of a large, supportive family ... in fact, Mom and I have discussed and wondered if they have to take a personality test…
