It really is a wonderful place with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is extremely well maintained and clean at the Atria Woodlands. For the most part, my mom likes the food although she does complain a little bit about it. And also, she says she has to wait for meals sometimes. But again overall, she is happy with the food and there are a lot of choices. I would absolutely recommend it. I go there on the weekends and I'm always impressed with the live entertainment they have for the residents.

When we met with [name removed] he advised us that we would get assistance if my husband's social security and pension were less than a certain amount and it was. In reality that was not true. I had to give all our financial information and we're not eligible for assistance. After my husband a resident for a few days, they threatened to evict him because he was hugging people and they had a no touch policy. My husband was like that and he had dementia and didn't understand. I had to hire someone to help him get adj…

Unfortunately, my mom was not there for long, she passed away in May, so I don't know how the activities were but I know they had many activities. Even though we liked the facility, I felt it was a little pricey for what my mom needed.
