★★★★★
PositiveThe director is wonderful. Very helpful. Kind and knowledgeable. We felt lucky to have found her.
★★★★★
PositiveThe administrative staff is very good-especially [name removed] the exec director. The activities are excellent- they take the high functioning residents on field trips once a month. There are too many agency caregivers- they need to hire more staff and pay them more. The Dr.s who care for my mother are excellent and visit her often. The food is very bland and boring according to my mom.
★★★★★
PositiveArtis is just what we needed for my 96 year old mother. It's clean, the people are all Kind and helpful and I fee that they really care. It's a difficult time of life to manage and they do it well so that I do. Don't have to worry. I can have my life and know that my mother is taken care of. Also, they fulfill promises, no bait and switch like other places. It's a great place for those in need of memory care and other elderly issues.
★★★★★
PositiveMoved our Mom into Artis after years of "putting up with" and "dealing with" the incredible 360-degree flaws and lax treatment she received at another high end expensive Memory facility. We had no idea a Memory Care institution of this caliber of care even existed, until we happened on them - through a recommendation - and moved her in. Top faculty, they work to make this a meaningful experience for the residents, and for themselves. And we have now been able to move on with out lives and not aggravate or worry on …
★★★★★
PositiveThe value for cost depends on your resident-it can be borderline priceless. Food for the money or any money is bad, they can engage a little more the non active residents with games , busy blankets etc. but if your loved one suffers from dementia it's great .
★★★★★
PositiveOverall it's been a very good experience and my mom is very happy/content there and she stays busy. She takes advantage of all the activities but I know there are others that don't it are not able to - but for us, it's been great.
