★★★★★
PositiveAlthough it’s a very nice facility I don't see a good fit for my mother as she is very sedentary and doesn’t socialize very much. I feel this would be a better fit for younger and active seniors. Overall a very clean and welcoming place just not for my 95 year old mother.
★★★★★
CriticalThe facility is very nice looking. Some of the staff were very helpful, most were not. The quality of care overall was poor, it seemed like they were understaffed. They couldn't give us a list of what we were responsible for providing and what they were responsible for. This came up after we found out my mother had no toilet paper for days. We never even heard from the director until after we moved her out. All in all, I wouldn't trust them with my dog.
★★★★★
PositiveI think the facility is clean and well kept. The CNAs seem to be understaffed but that's a problem every where. I do feel like my parents are getting adequate care though. The activities seem to be plentiful but my parents don't partake in them. All of the staff that I have interacted with are friendly and caring. My dad says the food offerings are underwhelming.
★★★★★
PositiveBeautiful decor. Lovely grounds. Great activities. Good food and nice size rooms.
★★★★★
PositiveAtrium at Serenity Pointe is the friendliest place on earth!! What stuck out most about the facility was the atrium area, and lake setting. The facility is more like a resort than an assisted living.
★★★★★
PositiveI think that they need a shuttle bus that accommodates those with limited mobility if they don't have one. If they have one, make sure the residents are informed. Let residents and relatives know the use policies of the Atrium. My Dad didn't think we could bring in outside food and eat it in the Atrium. Post activity itinerary online so relatives can call and remind loved ones what there is to do.
