West Shores

Nice place

The apartment is a nice size. Housekeeping is awesome. I'm not used to someone knocking and unlocking my door and walking in. I put a small sign on my door "Please knock and give me a chance to answer door. The cleanliness is excellent. The food is mediocre. Being older, some can't tolerate spices. I don't bother going down for the lemon chicken legs. Just awful. Overall I am happy with West Shores.

Caring community

I moved my mom to West Shores because of the care needs. She has been enjoying her time and to have the front desk and staff so caring is great. You can tell that everyone is loved and well taken care of.

I recently came to West Shores to move my mom in as she was being discharged and needed more care. The Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director were both very nice and helpful with the transition. Unfortunately, mom had to go back to rehab to get her strength, and we are looking forward to having mom a permanent resident at the community. The staff were nothing but nice, sweet and helpful.

I recently toured the community and liked what it had to offer. I made a deposit and look forward to having a new place that will be home for me. I liked the billiards room and the food choices that are offered.

Where your loved ones are our loved ones! West Shores is not only an excellent place to call home but also an amazing place to work, our residents become an extension of our own families, and my heart grows along with every member that we add to our community. The activities here at West Shores range from a variety of games, trips and social activities you won't find anywhere else in Hot Springs. Love the community

West Shores has a lot to offer from meals, trips, cable and internet. They always seem to want to get the residents so involved with decorating the community to involved in daily activities. I would recommend West Shores.
