Augustine Landing

Augustine Landing is very nice, it has a welcoming home -like feel! The staff seem lovely! Very neat and clean, appears to have very convenient set up for the tenants. Looking forward to helping our father transition to assisted living with a new family at Augustine Landing!

The facility is fantastic. [Name Removed] are friendly, professional, helpful, they really want me to be able to reside there. They both did everything possible to make my tour pleasant.[Name removed] was able to do a few things that went above and beyond. Once I get a bit of a financial cushion, I see myself as a resident there. There was no pressure at any time.[Name Removed] are a credit to AL. My brother gives the highest opinions.

i'm happy here. Everybody is very nice and helpful and I don't think I'll be moving anytime soon. There are a lot of urine smells when I go by the rooms so I think that maybe that could be taken care of because it smells bad and the food is OK. When it comes to the cleaning, they don't use the dust mop under the beds or under the furniture and they don't dust around the furniture. They just do the floor. When you walked in, you were acknowledged right away. They were very helpful and addressed all your concerns! They made you feel very comfortable. While on tour, they showed you all their amenities .

Very happy

We are very happy with them. Friendly, very welcoming, staff is great, very accommodating, they love the food We picked a good apartment, some are smaller but we were fortunate to have a larger nice room open up.

Not impressed

He was only there 2 weeks before ending up in rehab. He enjoyed the environment and activities. The staff was nice. But when he fell no one called us. Days later we called to see what the protocol is and she said someone should have called. She also said that all the staff was notified and yet still never called us. My Grandpa is still in rehab 3 weeks later and not single person has called to see if he is alive. I guess because the rent check continues to come. He lived there less then 2 weeks and has already paid…
