It just isn't overall as wonderful as it seemed it was going to be when we had the initial sit-down meeting. Cleanliness issue- which they did take care of and were apologetic. Activities are lack luster. Sometimes you can't find any staff around, but, the staff are all fabulous, so nice and understanding. The room is like all rooms anywhere, I would say. If you don't have dementia you get more out of your stay. If you are open and friendly it is a better experience.

My father has dementia and is hard to deal with at times. From the move in, assessing his needs, and handling all of it, they have been very helpful and keep us informed about any needs. The staff are professional and since this is new to me, they have been great to work with!
