Compassionate staff

This facility has made my father’s transition with hospice incredibly meaningful. The medication staff are very helpful and clearly know what they’re doing—it shows that they have strong leadership that supports and trains them well. The caregivers are also attentive and always willing to help, ensuring my father remains comfortable. family experience room for improvement

Cleanliness they are short staffed most of the time. Friendliness the care takers and most staff are very friendly again owners and admin not very. Again they are under staffed especially on weekends the caretakers are 90% very good but again timeliness in arriving to help hit and miss. They changed ownership about 2 months after my mom moved in and it really went down hill from there

Best place for our momto live

Hello! My family highly recommends Coronado Retirement Village as a wonderful place for our 89-year-old mother to live. She has her own private room with a large window, private bathroom and shower, and it's situated in the beautiful scenic Coronado Island overlooking the Coronado Bay Bridge. We receive excellent service from the staff, and the dining has many options. Thank you, CRV!

Stay away!

This place is not what you hope for. They are dedicated to hiding the truth about their activities from families. Their employees are unprofessional and too inexperienced to interact with the elderly. I’ve seen cockroaches in the kitchen and rooms while nothing was done about it. Total unprofessional environment and lack of care.

Friendly Staff!!

I have no complaints about how things went for my wife while she was in this community. The staff where friendly to her and made sure to accommodate her needs as they possibly can. She had no complaints about the food and participating in activities when she could. Overall great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff is very friendly!

I would recommend this community to anyone looking into it. The staff has been very good to my father and they are very responsive. It is reasonably priced and at a good location, the hospital is across the street. They only have about 100 residents there so it is a smaller place.
