PositiveThe people are so kind, and dad has been really happy there. Staying engaged with your person seems to help the personalized attention received. The promised 'schedule' of things is somewhat unreliable, but overall, we're still very happy with our choice. Because residents spend most of their time in the community area, they are not in their rooms much to take phone calls. However, if you call the facility phone, they will take the phone to your loved one so you can connect.
Response from the communityThank you for your kind words. We’re so glad your dad is happy and feels supported by our team. We appreciate your feedback about the activity schedule and will work to improve consistency. Thank you for trusting us with your dad’s care.

PositiveWe recently placed my 94-year-old mother at Avalon Memory Care Arlington, and I cannot express how grateful our family is for the experience so far. Making this decision was incredibly emotional, but from the very first interaction, we felt supported and reassured. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions with patience, and made what could have been an overw…
