Carver Heights review

Often the staff was slow to respond when called and twice they did not come for about two hours. Mostly had issues with the night staff. Overall though, it was a pretty good value and usually friendly and helpful.

Carver Heights Estates Senior Living

The staff are all very nice. The facility is attractive and they recently replaced all the windows and the double French doors. They also decorate for the different holidays. Another nice thing is that there is a church service every Sunday with different rotating pastors. There are family nights where you can pay for a meal and join your loved one during different events during the year, i.e. fall festival, Christmas, Valentines day, Cinco de Mayo etc. All in all, Carver Heights is a nice place where the atmospher…

Friendly facility, overall pleased

Overall they do a good job. It's clean. My mother has urinary incontinence, dementia and mobility issues. The caregivers are hit or miss- some are good and some are not that good. But I think you will see that almost anywhere you go. They do get her down to the dining room for 3 meals a day and they dress her and get her to bed every night. It's a smaller place so they have plenty of stuff to help with the residents who need extra help. I probably should have given them a higher rating for quality of care. I marked…

Eye opening experience

I had my eyes opened with this experience. It really doesn't matter what facility you pick for the most part. This is what I would recommend to someone looking for assisted living facility. If your loved one is mobile and has their cognitive abilities these places will be fine. However if you aren't mobile like my mom these places are horrible. I toured several assisted living communities in Arlington. I knew after my visit, Carver Heights Estates is where I wanted my Father to live. Thanks to everyone. Still reviewing our options as to what city we want our father to live.

Family experience.

The home was well staffed. They took very good care of my dad in his last days. It is a beautiful facility.
