Facility is very impressive. Staff knows every one by name. Management was very nice to work with. [name removed] showed all floor plans. Room sizes are good. Many different floor plans to choose from. I looked at this facility 3 times as well as see many other facilities. I'm sure people and places always have room to improve. When others ask if I'm happy here I always reply that I'm not unhappy. Life changes!

It can be difficult to sort through what is related to her concerns and what may be connected to memory and mobility challenges. She has mentioned dissatisfaction with the food quality and portion sizes, concerns about staffing levels, occasional clothing not being returned after laundry, and added meal delivery fees. I was officially a resident as of [date removed]. However, I have not spent a night there. I am almost ready to make the move. I have eaten there several times. Food is very good. The staff is very attentive and patient. Our family is not interested in the activities offered but there are plenty and I do see many residents participating in a variety of events. The food is exceptional. Wonderful restaurant quality and excellent choices. We really love this place!!
