The facility is clean, and the staff is caring. In the beginning, things seemed good, but they had a change in management and employees. Food could be better. Does not seem to have meal planning for special diets like diabetics. Always a big turnover in employees. Residents complain of boredom. They need more physical activities. The only exercise is led by a senior who lives there and has no expertise.

The staff is wonderful. Always willing to help you in any way. The only thing I don’t like is the meal schedule. Breakfast at 8, Lunch at 12 and dinner at 5. I would like a flexible meal schedule. The food is not always the best and sometimes it’s outstanding.

I was not happy about the "move in fee" didn't know about this until I was moving her in and it feels like a way to cover the fee they pay you. I've only felt with one staff member and [name removed] the sales person. The staff person [name removed] has been great, [name removed] has been difficult to get responses out of since move in.

Mom is in her 5th month at Avista Lake Havasu and she really likes it there. She is very satisfied with the food, her room, and the entire staff. From Administration to Housekeeping, all staff have been great on how they treat Mom, she feels right at home. [name removed]are outstanding administrators. They really care about their residents and spend the time necessary with the families. The facility is very well kept. Nursing is clearly outstanding, very caring and accommodating.

I love that it's smaller which means everyone knows each other - when my mom was there they had such caring people for her especially [name removed]and [name removed] and [name removed] - and the middle lawn area is sweet. I would definitely recommend Jasmine Place.
