Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this facility for elderly adults. In my time there, I observed inconsistent staff, including frequent use of agency employees who were not familiar with residents, and administration that did not seem to know or engage with those in their care. I also felt that families were misled about the level of care provided, and even basic considerations—like keeping visitor parking available—were not respected. The administrative staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is very attractive and kept clean and welcoming. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, attractive facility. Very reasonable rates.

I recently toured this community and was very impressed. The facility has a warm, inviting atmosphere and a friendly, attentive staff. One feature that stood out to me was the in-room washer and dryer, which adds a great level of convenience and independence for residents.

When you walk in it just gives you great vibes! Like you just walked into a little village. The place is clean, smells great! The rooms are nice and spacious to fit your needs for 1 or a couple .the clients have their own inside apartment and the place is pet friendly and you wouldn’t even know it! Nice Facility and Caring Staff

We had a difficult transition transitioning my mom and dad to an assisted living facility. The care team and administrative staff at Avita made it as seamless as possible and provided much needed guidance during a stressful time for the whole family. The facility offers a lot of care and activities and once my folks got adjusted it was great. I underestimated the adjustment time for my mom with dementia but we are all settling in and I’m thankful for the help, care and guidance.

Two years at this Assisted Living community and my mom absolutely loved it! The food was a big hit, and they offer a fantastic variety of options. They have specials for lunches and dinners plus a menu. Chefs soups they are absolutely delicious.
