The staff greetings were very pleasant at Aviva Valparaiso. The admissions and finances were also pleasant and helpful. Most of the staff in the Memory Center were always helpful, not enough of them. Housekeeping needed a little more effort, but again not enough of them. Meals were usually warm at best and sometimes cold. I would be hard pressed in recommending Aviva but that would be mostly for the cost, kinda of not getting what you're paying for. I know almost all the facilities like Aviva charge the similar amo…

There are 5 siblings so we checked out the top three. Everyone liked Aviva ( formerly Rittenhouse Valparaiso) . It was able to offer my mom a choice of apartments and met her needs. She is about 10 minutes from me so it's convenient. My mom is still living at Aviva Valparaiso and it's going very well . She's been there 1 year now has made friends , involved in activities.
