Overall experience: good with the exception of the approval / move in process - Very poor communication in where / when the required information submittals were in process. Staff -- friendly and helpful from what I've seen. Activities (n/a) -- [name removed]is not in a condition to participate in activities. We actually moved mom to another facility. There was a lot of staff turnover including the executive director which was a concern and the meals definitely need improvement. They do have some great aides!
