CriticalThe nice amenities have stood out to me. Communication from the nursing coordinator could be improved.

PositiveI toured Bright Oaks of Aurora and it was a beautiful facility! My actual tour was great. The informational one-on-one meeting with the staff was comprehensive and I did not feel rushed. The staff follow up after my tour was great also. They offered creative opportunities for us to join their in house events to get first hand experiences. The facility was clean and well maintained.
