What Bay Harbor could improve on would be the patient care! In one month, sent to hospital 4 times for patient being dizzy. Cost is too high for care received

CriticalNot impressed with this facility! Cleanliness and overall structure layout was not pleasing to the eye. Bedroom had a bed laying on the floor, not even properly assembled! Numerous carpet stains throughout the entire facility. Bathroom we visited had a toilet that continued to run. Upon entry into facility staff made no attempt to greet us. Two thumbs down~!!!

My father is living here. Some staff pay better attention than others. Some common sense could be applied like sending patient out in PJ's for appointment rather than dressing up in street clothes. Upper management are not responsive or communication is lax. If I cannot get answers or proper communication it makes me wonder how my father may be taken care of.

PositiveClean and quiet facility.
Our mother was living here for a short time. She has Alzheimer's disease. She is 70 years old. The people here are very nice, and she had excellent care. Arcadia is a clean, quiet facility. However, the needs of someone with early-onset Alzheimer's are greater than this facility can provide.
