Tiring

None of the staff is on the same page. I do not recommend this facility. Very difficult to get a straight answer to simple questions. We dont enjoy hearing "i dont know" . Always claiming to look into things. Never happens. We haven't been able to reach them by phone in almost 3 weeks because of technical issues, is what we were told. Utter nonsense here!!

Looks nice but don't go there

The food was terrible. They served bologna sandwiches for dinner, with no water. They often missed meals and my mom was starving. They said they had 24 hour nursing, but they didn't, there was no RN on staff. Twice, the doctor ordered prescriptions when my mom was sick, and both times it took four days to get the medications. A few caregivers were absolutely excellent, but the rest were just there to collect a paycheck. Everyday there were red flags. I would say to people, don't go there. The owner is in it for the…

Terrible Place!

Great crew

Very, demanding and challenging, and always put the patients loves ones safe and comfortable. Helping them throughout the day with daily activities and fun games.

Great value

The company values employees that are productive. They recognize their employees. They have a couple of events to award employees. They have programs that go to help employees in need. They have fund raisers throughout the years that fund these programs. Well structured program that keeps the patients happy.
