They are looking for residents that do not need services. As soon as someone needs services they are not willing to provide care. They insist that the family provide 1:1 external companion care at the family's expense.

Great care for your loved one

Liked that there is a chef on premise that can cook something when resident is hungry. Very clean and beautiful place. Twenty resident building houses assisted living and memory care residents with no division between the two. Activities that take residents to outside activities seem to be just for assisted living residents though. Many activities in place.

Most impressive to me was that every staff member I talked to expressed the same thing – that they loved being here, they loved taking care of the people, and it was more than just a job to them. Their love for helping elderly people was very evident, and I felt my mom was being very lovingly cared for. I was not fearful of how she was being treated when I was not there.
