★★★★★
PositiveThey made the transition seamless. Whenever I go there I am always greeted and my Aunt is clean, fed and happy.

CriticalUntil the day, my mom entered Suite Living she was on daily physical therapy. She got no physical therapy at Suite Living. Their biggest concern was Hospice. They told me Hospice meant just extra care. But I don’t believe that anymore. My mom only lasted 10 days there. She was doing very well once she entered.. I’m very disappointed.
Response from the communityHello, A resident's Insurance does not cover daily physical therapy but it does cover 2-3 days a week. If she needed daily PT, she would have been admitted to a skilled care/TCU setting. When a resident is on Hospice, she would have been removed from any type of therapies. Yes, Hospice does mean additional care specific to Hospice needs additional to what Suite Living care staff provides 24/7. She moved in on Hospice. That you for giving our care staff 5 stars, that must mean you thought they provided great care to you mother.
