It is important when caring for the elderly that the people actually care! That care is displayed from the time you step inside the facility to the time you exit. The staff was about their business of being there to look after my Dad. That is the genuine feeling I experienced. The rooms and hallways are kept clean. And most important there is always a staff member present in case of the need for assistance. I give Bella Mar Royal Palm Beach a 5 out of 5!

Their food and dining servers get a 5++. Aides that assist are good. A bit of Language barrier. Size of rooms, they're fine. I give an overall grade falls lower due to transportation. (Score of 0). The van for the residents has not worked for a year. Super frustrating. No idea when it will be fixed.

My sister has been at Bellamar for a year this week, in last 4 months everyone has been replaced in management for the director down to the nurses it was very confusing as no prior notice was given, it looked very disorganized. The food has gone down in the past year there's no more concierge service or coffee shop not sure if there's still an all day menu but the activities look good and I feel that some things may be improving.
