★★★★★
CriticalSenior care with increased tier coverage. They don't contact family members regarding issues and do not get back. There is no confidence either increase care coverage forcing me to visit daily staying till 10:30 pm. The food quality is absolutely horrible but the facilities are clean. It's a difficult job and business and Bellara management needs to address these shortcomings.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff (MedTechs and Aides) are very caring and compassionate. They constantly encourage the residents to participate in the activities they provide, have lots of events with live music, outings, etc.
★★★★★
CriticalI would not recommend Bellara Senior Living. I experienced multiple billing errors, including charges before my family member moved in and unexplained discrepancies after move-out. A [Amount Removed] deposit was later referred to as a "community fee," and I received a partial refund with no clear accounting of how it was calculated. Families deserve transparency and accurate billing, and that was not my experience.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very nice. The residents are friendly and helpful. However, the food is not good. She's paying a lot of money for her room and the food is a huge part of that expense and it's not good. There was no welcoming group or binder. We had to ask for it. They haven't cleaned her room yet and it took two days to get the TV set up and three to get the WiFi password.
★★★★★
CriticalIt looks very nice, however the Generations smells like strong urine most of the time. They also let residents into other residents rooms to take their belongings. My loved one left with half the belongings they came with. They also have people with behavioral issues that will come into your loved ones room and scream that it is their room. Which is frightening. The food they serve is terrible my loved one lost quite a bit of weight there because the food was so bad,, I had to get my family member out of there. Bew…

Positive5 stars for staff, quality of care, food, room activities, parking for residents and visitors, it's visitor-friendly. There is wifi and tv. Need more staff on day shift. Often have to wait a long time for assistance. Need better transportation to medical appointments. They have caring and skilled staff.
