PositiveThey get 5 stars all day! I am so sorry that we are having to leave. :( The staff is extremely helpful with not only the residents, but with the families as well. It really is the next best place to being home. The facility looks a lot like an actual apartment complex and does not have that hospital type setting.

CriticalIt seemed smaller than the other places I looked at. My mom would have had to be on a waitlist. They didn't have a model apartment to show. We had to view a resident's apartment. Not many residents out socializing.

Positive5 stars for all! We are very satisfied with our experience at Bedford Falls. The staff are what stick out the most about this facility, they are al very attentive and caring towards the residents. Another reason we chose this facility over others was because in the double, the bedrooms had doors and the facility is not too large. The staff were all super nice and residents seemed to be well cared for.
