The Staff was very caring, knowledgeable, and helped my mom a great deal in her final days. The facility was beautiful with lovely areas indoors and outdoors. Although mom was so ill we didn't get to use them. Her apartment was very large bright with a wonderful view of the grounds. Although my mother was only there for one week before she passed, my sister, brother, and I all commented that she would have been better cared for if we brought her to Haverhill Crossing sooner. Our experience

Staff is kind but......every department is lacking adequate staff. Too many staff working crazy hours and there is a lot of wait for things to get fixed. Food is very good. Although a lot of waste. More variety of activities would be good. Especially for the men. Cleanliness can always be worked on. Lots of cobwebs and broken lights on the front porch sitting area. I living room area should be the same size as the bedroom not smaller.

I observed many people in different areas enjoying themselves. Activities appear to be many. I will take some time with my family to assess our situation. The whole staff appeared to be professional, knowledgable and compassionate. You will be my first consideration when the time comes.

Peace of mind, life in memory care

I would give it all 5s. Could there be improvements? No one place is 100% but they would need only tiny tweaks. The most important thing is my mother truly loves it there and she gets far better care there than I could possibly provide her at my house or hers. They treat her as an individual person, not a room number. My mother is in memory care. The staff are very friendly. There is a very good ratio of staff to residents. Haverhill Crossings

Our experience has been wonderful... I could not of picked a better facility... we are all so happy.. Mom feels like she is home. Staff is awesome, caring and compassionate. I love Haverhill Crossing. They teat my mom like their own family.
