Great staff, great community and it is very easy to contact staff when you need to. Highly recommend by us. My family member moved in needed more help originally . And they provided everything she needed. They helped to facilitate assistance for her and encouraged her independence. She is doing great and has made many friends.

PositiveWarm and welcoming
Has a very warm feeling to it. Good vibe. Staff is caring and has noticed things like her not taking her meds regularly though she is doing her own med mgmt. She loves birds and they put a bird feeder outside of her window. She loves animals and they told her they are working on getting a community dog. Price is also reasonable comparing to other facilities.

PositiveTop notch full service facility
I would give them all 5s. They have been excellent with the whole overall process of getting my parents in. The administration staff and director Amy is excellent. My parents are having a hard time with the transition and Benchmark's staff is kind and supportive. They are working with my parents to slowly transition them in.

Positive, I became very close with the residents. If not for them, I would not have made it through each day. Negatives, unless one has a STRONG advocate to make certain things are done, folks are simply forgotten. I did not have such a person, nor did many of the residents. I advocated for both they and myself, often to no avail. You feel like you're ln prison with staff telling you what you can and cannot do, when completely competent. DINING ROOM is absolutely disgusting. NEVER wash tables properly, nor complete…
