★★★★★
PositiveGreat experience. Currently filling out the application for my dad. The low income program option has made Putnum Farm the top option so far.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very caring and friendly staff. The rooms are kept clean. The room size is average & adequate based on my experience. I believe there are plenty of activities in assisted living. I'm not a familiar with the amount of activities in memory care.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat experience, people were very friendly, and the residents truly loved the place. My mother left the tour feeling like this may be a place where she would like to live.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat I saw of the meals and dining - seemed ok. Gramps did not participate in any of the activities. It is expensive with rental furniture. We felt [fee removed] for 30 days was rather high. However, I would not have a problem living here if I had too. Gramps said didn't like. Didn't say why. we figure because he can't hear and communicate properly. We thank you for the month he spent there
★★★★★
PositiveMost of the department directors were very friendly and responsive in a timely manner. All staff we encountered seemed friendly, compassionate and attentive to my mom's needs. I would highly recommend Putnam to those can afford it. It's worth the cost
★★★★★
PositiveOur loved one was only there for 10 days, but the Putnam Farm at Danvers community is beautiful. It is a well kept facility with very very nice personnel working there .
