My family member did not get along with one patient. He was young, car accident victim. They would read each other.[name removed] was forced to hire an aid 12 hours a day, private pay, to stay at the facility. Therapy private aid did most of the work for [name removed] Showed, cleaning, washing clothes, etc. he went through his money pretty fast. Some of the aids would not go out of their way to help. RE: if the aid was watching the patients, she would sit and watch. She would not get up from her chair to unlock th…

There was a lot of turn over. I Found mom sitting by herself one time and nobody knew where she was. I was surprised more of the staff didn't help look for her. I would have liked to see the staff trying to engage mom more in the activities. a lot of times staff were on there phones and sometimes annoyed that I was asking them for help getting mom some ice cream. Not a lot of them could speak English. I would not recommend them.
