Benedictine Living Community Anoka offers faith-based senior living in a quiet residential neighborhood near a church, baseball fields and several parks. And we’re just a mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Anoka. Benedictine Anoka offers spacious Assisted Living apartments and newly renovated social spaces set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Our warm, caring staff, many who have been with us for several years, are delighted to welcome and serve our residents. We are committed to supporting your active senior lifestyle while providing an array of social, physical and spiritual activities for your pleasure. Our beautifully remodeled common areas offer an inviting atmosphere to visit with friends, read the morning paper or enjoy a cup of coffee. Or relax in the shade of the backyard patio and enjoy the manicured lawn, beautiful flower gardens, raised garden beds and bird feeders. Benedictine Living Community Anoka also offers Care Suites for those needing daily skilled nursing care with shared private living accommodations. We provide 2x the care staff-to-resident ratio compared to traditional nursing homes. Our Respite Care provides short-term care after hospital stay, during an illness or when hospice at home is not possible. It also allows family caregivers an opportunity to take a break. Respite care provides a comfortable, private one-bedroom apartment. It is furnished to feel like home, including a full kitchen and sleeper sofa so that family members can stay with their loved one. Benedictine is a faith-based, nonprofit organization entrusted with advancing the life-enhancing senior care ministry of the Benedictine Sisters of Duluth, Minnesota.
