Staff were great, very caring, educated, and helpful Activities - their activity director was awesome. She always getting everyone involved. Even when it came to events to get family involved. That means so much to older folks. Very creative. Food - great - food was very , 3 meals plus snacks. Cleanliness - great - always clean, plus they have a house keeper that comes in and cleans their room once a week. Room size - not much closet space, but ok.

The staff is very caring and friendly to both the person living there and their family. They made sure to check in and keep an eye on everyone there. They have a wide variety of activities, and if the person want to just watch, they can. It is a smaller place, which was perfect for what my mother needed.

They just did not take care of her. Dirty diapers, sores on her bottom. Left her in her room with the door closed. Broke her bed and didn't tell me. Skipped her nebs, left the room a mess, put dirty sheets on her bed that had poop on them. They pulled them out of her hamper. Male nurse was yelling at her when I walked in one day. I reported him.
