The facility is undergoing some improvements like new flooring (from carpet to vinyl plank), paint, landscaping. They are being very considerate in keeping residents from being disturbed by the changes. Staff is extremely friendly and the new program administrator is also very efficient. Family should check in timely with any concerns because the administrator is very responsive in resolving any issues. Supplies, clothing and medication: I use their vendor for incontinence supplies and it's an efficient service.…

Berkshire Assisted Living Review

I think it's important to visit us often as possible. I was fortunate at it was only 3 miles from where I lived so I could go twice a day sometimes three times a day. I think that's important. That families are there and the staff is aware that their presence they were so very kind to [Name removed]. I thought he would be going into assisted living, however, after being interviewed, they put him in the dementia area, which is where he belonged. I was in denial.

Very accommodating- and very clear on services, costs and providing emotional support during a difficult transition. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. The administration staff is very good. Overall- very good experience- Administrative personnel were very good - explaining all services and expenses plus what was required from the family in terms of personal items, furniture, mobility requirements, meds.
