Whenever my husband was taken to the hospital I was told in a timely manner about it. [name removed] handled the admission very well and put me at ease about the care on the day before Christmas when she was supposed to have the day off. She took the time to put me at ease

Grandma is so happy!

The staff at Best Care have been truly outstanding in the way they care for my grandma. Every person we encounter is warm, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which brings our family so much peace of mind. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming, and the lively activities keep the residents engaged. Most importantly, my grandma is happy. She has made so many friends and feels cared for, included, and at home, and that means everything to us.

Don’t move live one there

If you want your loved one taken care of, I recommend you keep looking. No staff on weekends. No CNA’s there with them Saturday & Sundays. The few people they have Monday through Friday are kind and helpful. . Will sell you a pimp dream. This place a F.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and want to clarify a few points. Our community is staffed seven days a week, including weekends. Care coverage does not stop on Saturdays or Sundays. Many of our residents and families can attest to this, and staffing schedules are always available for review. In this specific situation, the resident moved out shortly after admission due to an unexpected inability to continue paying rent. We offered to assist with next steps, including guidance on applying for Medicaid Long Term Care and requesting the necessary supporting documents. Before that process could move forward, the resident was relocated immediately at the family’s decision. We are proud of the care our weekday and weekend staff provide and appreciate the kind words about our team members. Our goal is always to be transparent, supportive, and resident focused. We welcome anyone considering our community to contact us directly, tour the facility, speak with staff, and ask questions so they can make an informed decision for their loved one.
