★★★★★
PositiveIt's a great place! We got off on a rocky start but the staff have been so good so far. Food and dining experience is definitely lower than other places we looked at. Activities seem good, she started attending some and I think she likes them. Value for the money is hard - by nature these communities are very expensive but the peace of mind in knowing that she is taken care of is amazing!

PositiveStaff, including asst. Maintenance, was very good so could have been a 5 rating except the glaring exception of one Q Map. Unfortunately she was in a lead position. She was always thinking she knew and did things the right way. PositiveI would give it a 5 for everything. I feel like we found a safe place for my uncle to live. If I have to pick something from the list, friendliness. The staff have been great with my uncle. Very kind and caring.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are courteous and respectful. Mom can choose her level of activity and interaction in a safe environment. She seems to be comfortable in her space and appreciates having her companion cat with her.

CriticalQuality of care is very poor compared to [community removed], where we spent 2 years. There are no CNA's, just "care givers" that have no training. They charge a [fee removed] non refundable deposit and seem to accept patients they can't care for. We've seen patients that need too much care that only last 2-6 weeks before they leave for better care and lose their [fee removed]. Our family's experience would recommend this facility if the resident can live pretty much independently without much assistance
★★★★★
PositiveOnly complaint we've had was the initial turnover rate in administrative staff. It's since been more stable. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience. We are happy with our decision to place her at Bethesda
