PositiveI moved my grandmother into Bevid Place last July. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I can reach out to the supervisor on-call 24/7 and they always respond immediately. The facility has done a lot of upgrades in the past year and it looks great. I would strongly recommend Bevid Place.

CriticalMy mom was only there for 4months and several times I had to complain about her room not being cleaned and emptying trash and had to request toilet paper. The day she transitioned they left her alone in her room for several hours until I got there and did not call me horrible experience …[name removed] took several hours to get there. CriticalI had my mom at Bevid place back 2022 for about 6 months in memory care,I would go visit my mom regularly and she was always wet or soiled,her clothes and belongings where always on someone else in another room.The staff was never someone regular that I could talk to.Once they had a housekeeper and when I asked where was the caregiver she said it was her.Unit seemed alone lots of the time.Dinner many times we noticed was just a cold sandwich a bag of chips and water. CriticalThe place smells the carpet is nasty and stained. They have an issue with suppling them toilet paper They had a party yesterday at 3:00 pm which about 20 residents went to. They gave them one taco and a spoonful of dip. When it was dinner time at 5 the residents showed up to eat and was told they should of ate at 3 that was there dinner and sent them back to their room. CriticalThe communication with the staff is very poor they give the same answer to any question that the family has asked. The staff always respond that they don't' work here, I work in a different building. There are three meals a day served to the residents. I haven't seen the activities director in the the memory care unit to engage with the residents for activities.
