Bickford of Bexley staff is rude, no help when needed. 6 employees in the cafeteria being obnoxiously loud sitting down at a table, while the residence sat in TV room smashed together because it is a cookie cutter house. Her hair was always greasy even day after they said they bathed her. Half the staff barely speaks good English. They yell when you ask them to repeat themselves because you didn't understand them.
