A caring staff

Apartment size is nice, reasonable size, large windows in both the living area & bedroom. Of course, the apartments are more expensive than the one room options. Nurses & aides are great, all have been kind & attentive. Activities Director is wonderful, makes an effort to be sure everyone is invited/included in activities! Dining area nice, but Mom complains about poor quality of food. But she's a very picky eater. Improvement needed in some of the living spaces (outside the rooms). Some TLC, paint, new flooring wo…

They make a lot of promises and don't follow through. They currently don't have a cook. They say they know about VA benefits and will help with the paperwork, but haven't. The siding is falling off the front of the building. The director doesn't respond to emails.

Pleased with this facility

On all of them except 8 is a 4. 8 is not a 4. Cost is prohibitive but they do a good job. Family atmosphere but a little understaffed. They need more aides. The room size is perfect. Due to a stroke, My daughter cannot walk or stand and right side of body is partially paralyzed so she doesn't participate in their many activities. We are pleased with this facility. Our daughter is happy.
