We had been trying to get my parents into the same facility but because they needed different types of care, it wasn't working out the way we hoped. I called A Place For Mom to see what else was available in our, and Bickford stood out. Even though we weren't quite ready to make the plunge for different reasons, [name removed] kept in constant contact with me. She would text and check on our situation and the health of my parents. Worst possible mixture of unprofessional staff and disorganized management. They are known to be the worst in town. Do not trust them. Food is horrible, main room smells. Room is tiny dingy horrible place. Bed in nothing more than a smelly cot. Overpriced.
