PositiveThe people are very friendly. The place is clean, doesn't smell and has loads of communal spaces where my MIL can sit & visit with friends who also live there. My only complaint is they do not always listen to our wishes for my MIL and sometimes do "what they think is best" even though she is 100% self-care.

PositiveThe meals are really good and family is invited to join, giving a little advance warning and a small fee. The people are very attentive when she doesn't go down for meals. They check on her often. Everyone is very nice and she is enjoying meeting other residents. Overall we are ecstatic with how well she has adjusted and is getting along!
