They are very conscientious about keeping the rooms clean in the Memory Care unit where my mother is housed; keeping up at all times with the laundry and always making sure my mother is presentable in cleanliness and attire. I've never experienced a day, regardless of the time of day I drop in, whereby my Mom doesn't appear well cared for along with other residents. We met the team at Bloom when our mom was in transition. The team was understanding to our situation and went above and beyond to make space for our mom by the time she was released from another rehab unit.
