About Bloom at Willow

Bloom at Willow is a family-owned and operated assisted living and memory care establishment in North Indianapolis and complements Bloom's other communities on the East, West and Northeast sides of Indianapolis. Since 1965, our goal has been simple yet aspirational: to help our residents flourish. Entering a Bloom community does not mean checking your lifestyle or personality at the door. Residents continue to live life to its fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Bloom’s personalized service and superior care enable residents to enjoy the privacy of home, combined with the security and convenience of assistance and a maintenance-free environment. This is provided in a vibrant and intimate setting, located on a private, 3-acre plot in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Her commitment to ensure the facility would be a good fit for my Mom exceeded any other facility representative I visited with. Family atmosphere, fairly small number of residents. Staff are kind and helpful. There's been new management in the past year and much turnover. Improvements being made to the facility. Food is good and residents enjoy outings.

Care blooms at Bloom At Willow

They are very conscientious about keeping the rooms clean in the Memory Care unit where my mother is housed; keeping up at all times with the laundry and always making sure my mother is presentable in cleanliness and attire. I've never experienced a day, regardless of the time of day I drop in, whereby my Mom doesn't appear well cared for along with other residents. Very happy with our decision.

Staff is all friendly. Facility is cozy and nice it might need some things refreshed. But I went to 7 places when I was deciding and I felt the most at ease here and still feel that way. I and my dad are pretty happy with it.

Incredible Experience- True Care and Compassion

We met the team at Bloom when our mom was in transition. The team was understanding to our situation and went above and beyond to make space for our mom by the time she was released from another rehab unit. Our journey took a unique turn and we needed hospice much quicker than we anticipated. Our mom went to heaven less than a month after moving into Bloom.
