My Mom was a resident there for four years. I pulled her out in April. She kept getting multiple skin tears and bruises. Food was terrible. They great staff left almost at the same time. I lost track of how many executive directors they had. I wouldn't even put my pet there now.

Food is fantastic. Staff are great & very helpful. Apartments are very nice. However, I wasn't happy last week when our family member called at 5:00 a.m. very confused. I called front desk, I called nurses station and I called administration hoping someone would answer the phone. They advertise 24 hours. Not that wasn't the case. We never had that experience before so I don't really know if this was a one time issue. Even if it was, it's not good. We were able to calm our family member over the phone. I would have …
