PositiveSo far so good. A good facility with good people

PositiveStaff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to choose from. Food is good but tends to be bland. Apartment size is comfortable. Love that all three components are together and available. Independent assisted and memory. They have integrated hospice which I also needed in addition to potentially the memory care in the near future. It is nice that there is also transport to and from doctor appointments with me living out of state.

PositiveThere were some challenges with "move in" but they were eventually overcome. There are not many activities as I had hoped but my parents enjoy the socializing at meals more than anything. I wish it was a Medicaid step down facility. Overall, my parents are very happy there.

Positive[name removed] is the memory care director manager, I knew as soon as I met her and [name removed], That Bonaventure would be the perfect place for my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has the best care because of [name removed] and [name removed] at Bonaventure. The staff treats my mother-in-law with the utmost respect and dignity. The memory care team is an amazing team. The work they do is very physical and time consuming and they do it all with patience, love, and care.

CriticalAll ones! Presentation was great but help was not there. He fell in the night hit his head on the dresser and laid there calling for help for an hour. Sent to the hospital alone and no follow up. Called me in Mexico instead of daughter [name removed] who was the emergency contact. He came home with cellulitis on both legs which is life
