The nurse was not staying on top of mom's meds. There is a lack of communication from shift to shift. Mom was put on Hospice comfort care and the night shift claims they were unaware, sent her to the hospital, the wrong hospital at that. When she started needing a bit more care the aids complained. On the memory care side all they did was put them in the community room so they could be on their phone. They have issues with keeping employees and use traveling aids and they don't seem to care or check the residents c…

5 for everything, they are well trained and kind to my father. I'm glad we found them. Don't be turned off because the facility is not perfectly decorated, the staff more than make up for it not being perfectly decorated.

I did not respond right away. Needed time to get things figured out. This is now a good fit for my sister in law. I am so glad that they prepare comfort food rather than fancy food for their residents. The building is secured so the residents are not able to wander off. I feel she is in a safe environment and I don’t have to worry about her. We were not able to provide her with the same care in our home.

The director and staff were very helpful as we searched for the right place for Mom. They offered the help she needed for a reasonable cost and have blessed Mom with whatever assistance she needs.

I would rate all of these points as a 5 except the Nursing staff only because it is not as large as I expected. the only thing that stood out was the size of the nursing staff.
