Overall it has been a good experience When we fist got admitted they were not very organized The place is clean and the help are mostly nice Probably not enough help but....

Positive[name removed], our tour guide, was very professional. She showed us a sample room. She explained the policies of the facility with regard to what could be allowed in the room. She showed us the many activity centers as well as the cafe and dining room. With them when we went into a conference room and she answered on many questions. The facility was very well-maintained. The staff all seem very nice as well as the other residence.

My loved one is no longer at Braemar. Although it is a beautiful building and food very good, we found due to lack of staffing and poor management, she was NOT getting the care she needed. The staff that is there try their best, but stretched too thin.
