★★★★★
PositiveI would say they should probably go look at it. That would probably be a good fit for their loved one. Overall, I would recommend to others
★★★★★
CriticalThey told me that my mom would be taken to meals & activities everyday I caught them not feeding her 3 times! I had to go everyday to make sure she was fed so what's the point of her living there? There's no shower schedule either but when I met with them before she moved in they said there was! I had to move her out after I found her in bed in the middle of the day soaked in urine!

Positive[name removed] was awesome /extremely helpful!! [name removed] went above and beyond visiting my family member at rehab getting information that was needed when I was unable to. She also helped with medication mix up on the rehabs inefficient process of transferring the proper medication.
★★★★★
PositiveI would give the Promenade a rating of 4/5 because no facility is running at a 5/5. I give the compassion of the staff a 5/5, they really care for the residents! They take the time to ask the residents what their preferences are like do you wake up early or do you prefer a morning or night shower. The staff is so busy and yet they try to accommodate every resident.

CriticalMy mother has dementia I was told by [name removed] (Director of Community Relations) 1-They would make sure my mother was at every meal (they didn't) 2-She would be brought to activities (didn't happen) 3-She would be showered on a schedule (not true) 4-Due to her dementia condiments were not left on her table (not true) 5-NOONE takes responsibility & blames everything on someone else 6-After 2 months I took her out The day she was leaving a resident tried to stab another resident Awful place!!!!
★★★★★
CriticalYes they need to have a dietitian. The food is fried and canned. They could do a lot better. Not to mention, that there are no guests allowed at dinner time or any other time in the cafeteria. Does not make it nice for visiting family that they can't dine with their relatives
