My was the resident, overall the experience was good. It was OK and certainly acceptable. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching.

What we like the most about Brandon Woods are the people and the activities. What we think they could improve on would be to have more rails for the residents to hold on to. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We are very pleased with the atmosphere here. Everybody is friendly and caring. The food is good and the staff is very accommodating.

Positive Recommendation for Brandon Woods

Staff is great. Facility has many great amenities, and the community culture is good. They have had a couple of changes regarding food/head chef over the past year, and hope to see it rebound to its former 5-star status.

[name removed] at Brandon Woods was totally awesome to work with. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to her staff and residents. She walked us through a very difficult process and was extremely helpful. All the staff members shared her helpfulness and caring attitude. Toughest decision our family had to make but [name removed] and crew made it as smooth as possible.

Caring facility

My mother-in-law is there in senior living, but she has dementia. But not bad enough to move to memory care. So she tells me that there were supposed to be scheduled and then when she goes, no one is ever there. So I can't 100% say that's true. But they do need to have more planned activities. The front desk staff is usually very polite and accommodating Again, my mother-in-law has dementia so she has a few more needs than just a regular person living and senior living. But they insist she's not quite ready to go…
