My Parent's Experience

Response time to calls is about an hour average. Aides are sometimes disrespectful, don't want to be bothered, don't provide compassionate care. Not many activities for men. Director, Nursing Director and Head of Maintenance have come and gone in the last year. High turnover-over rate for the aides. Medical needs aren't met in the memory unit.

Review for Mira Vie at Bridgewater

The facilities are like a 5-star hotel, always clean, dining room is lovely and always with interesting and tasty meal options, staff very friendly although sometimes hard to find/speak to administrators. Activities are nice but could use more. Pricing had been actually on the cheaper side although I realize that they will go up year to year. After one month at Miravie.......

Staff - for the most part, not too bad. Staff needs to keep a closer eye on each persons belongings. My mom had a [Amount Removed] pair of Hoka sneakers removed from her room by another resident and they we virtually destroyed by the time we figured out what happened to them. We received them back with stains all over them, the shoe laces were missing along with one of the insoles. They are no longer wearable. My observations and conversations with other residents and families

These answers are based on experience in November 2024, before my mother's stroke. When she first arrived in May of 2024, prior to the changes that evolved after Mira Vie took over. [community name removed] run facility was much better, and most of the best staff members left. While they certainly slipped in Quality they are not horrible.

Our family's experience

Our families experience with Mira V was surprisingly terrible. On the outside the facility presents well. But what I experienced and what is really going on is an understaffed overwhelmed facility that would rather send a client to the hospital then deal with them like a human being. My mother was not in any danger of hurting herself. She was sent to the hospital two weeks in a row. On her second visit, they suggested rehab to get her medication's adjusted. Poor Care

When my relative moved in this assisted living facility it was [community removed]. [community removed] was recently taken over by Mira Via. After [community removed] was taken over by Mira Vie, the quality of care became awful. We paid extra for the facility to supply my relative with her medication and there were a minimum of 2 instances where the medication was not delivered. The facility had a GI outbreak and the relatives of the tenants were not notified and there were no signs posted at the facility. My relat…
