Our aunt probably shouldn't have been there. She required more help than they could provide. Her bathroom was always dirty especially her toilet. That staff were very nice and attentive.

PositiveHome-like feel
Small homey feel. Older but clean. Nice privacy for the residents. My uncle said the food was pretty good. Friendly staff. Good sized room and nice sized bathroom/ shower. Needs better WiFi. He didn't really participate in activities, so no comment.

The staff were consistently caring and helpful. Turn over was very high, so house managers changed frequently. This seems to be a reality of health care and perhaps all industries at this time. Administration came in at one point and discouraged people from filing grievances (apparently someone was viewed as filing too many/frivolous grievances). This was not helpful.

CriticalOne Employee in Charge of 11 Residents is Unsustainable
The facility isn't managed well. There is only one person on site, who couldn't EVER leave. That can't be maintained. She claimed that management kept promising help would be forthcoming, but it never came to fruition. Her boyfriend actually shopped for groceries for the residents. [name removed] was friendly, but extremely overwhelmed and stressed. In the entire time that my loved one stayed here, no one cleaned the room. Ever. I am very happy with this community. It is a older community, but very nice. The food is very appealing with a good variety. They have alot of activities that are offered. I would highly recommend this community for good care for loved ones .
